The Third Horizon Film Festival opens at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAAM) on May 29, 2025, from 7:00 to 11:00pm, with a screening of Joseph Hillel’s documentary film Koutkekout (Canada/Haiti, 84 min.) followed by an afterparty. The PAAM is located at 1103 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida.

Description: Join us and Third Horizon Film Festival for opening night with the Florida premiere of Koutkekout (At All Kost), a powerful Haiti-set documentary by Joseph Hillel. A testament to the resistance and courage of a people, the film is an immersive portrait of the Quatre Chemins theater festival in Port-au-Prince, and the extraordinary group of artists who keep it going year after year, whatever the cost.

Following the film and a Q&A with director Joseph Hillel, continue the night on the bayfront terrace for an afterparty with local DJs, community activations, and a live performance.

Schedule
7–9pm Screening of Koutkekout and Q&A in the Auditorium
