By Breaking Belize News Staff: The Belize Investment Summit 2025 officially opens today, September 3rd, at Sunset Caribe Belize in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. This three-day high-level forum runs through September 5, 2025, under the theme “Bridging Markets, Building Resilience” with a sub-theme positioning Belize as “The Nexus of CARICOM, Central America, and Southeastern Mexico in a New Global Trade Era.”

Over the next three days, participants will engage in sector-focused panels covering agribusiness, renewable energy, tourism, the blue economy, and digital services—all priority sectors where Belize holds unique competitive advantages. An Investment Expo will showcase high-potential projects, while B2B and B2G networking sessions will create direct linkages between investors, government agencies, and private sector leaders.
Delegates from across North America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East are attending, as Belize positions itself as a strategic connector in the evolving global marketplace.
The Summit also highlights the Government of Belize’s ongoing commitment to creating a robust investment ecosystem through initiatives such as the National Investment Policy and Strategy, the modernized Fiscal Incentive Program, and strong support for MSMEs.
Keynote speakers over the next few days include regional and global business leaders like Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals Resorts International, and Dr. Ernesto Stein, Distinguished Professor and former IDB representative, who will share deep insights into regional trade, tourism growth, and sustainable development.
