By Aaron Humes: 16-year-old student Cailyn Jacobs has not been seen since noon this afternoon in Belize City, police report.
The teenager disappeared near Princess Margaret Drive.
She is Hispanic, standing five feet three and weighing 117 pounds, slim built with black shoulder length hair.
Jacobs was last seen wearing a white polo shirt and khaki pants and black tennis shoes.
