Tapir killed in traffic accident on Boom-Hattieville road

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A tapir was killed in a road traffic accident on the Boom-Hattieville road last night.

The animal was photographed lying dead on the road. There was no information about the vehicle which crashed into the tapir.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution when traveling the road at night and especially in rainy conditions.
