By Zoila Palma: The Taiwan Embassy in Belize and the Taiwan Technical Mission are participating in this year’s COBEC (Consortium for Belize Educational Cooperation) College Fair, held at the University of Belize Auditorium.
The Taiwan Embassy team shared information on 2 of Taiwan’s flagship scholarship programs: the MOFA Scholarship and the TaiwanICDF Scholarship.
“Adding a cultural dimension to our booth, our Mandarin teacher engaged students through Taiwanese cultural activities, while also highlighting opportunities to learn Mandarin and take part in cultural exchange programs,” the Taiwan Embassy said.
The Taiwan Embassy expressed pride as they continue to support Belizean youth in expanding their global horizons and strengthening educational ties between Taiwan and Belize.
