Suspected shooter arraigned for attempted murder following Easter Sunday shooting of friend

By Aaron Humes: Police say they have run down the alleged shooter of Christian Molina in Belize City on Easter Sunday. He is 25-year-old Delroy Alexander Staine, a construction worker of Crown Street, Belize City.

Staine was read three criminal indictable offenses of attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, and dangerous harm in connection with the ѕhооtіng оf Моlіnа оn Маrсh 31.

Due to the nature of the offense, no plea was taken from Staine and he was unable to be offered bail and was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until August 5.

In court, Staine accused officers of roughing him up while bringing him in and denying his medication.
