By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Survivors celebrated their victory in the Belize District Football Association Championship on Saturday, and individual awards highlighted top performers.
Devon Augustine, with his two crucial goals in the Finals extra time, was named the Playoffs MVP.
Calvin Turton, who scored twice for Tut Bay in the final, earned the Regular Season MVP title.
Tyrone Alvarez, also of Tut Bay, was named Best Goalkeeper, while his teammate Devin Thurton took Best Defender.
Shemar Thomas was recognized as Best Midfielder, and Cion Augustine of Survivors was named Best Forward.
Brandon Smith from All Road Defenders clinched the Top Goal Scorer award.
