By Horace Palacio: Residents and visitors in Belize can look forward to continued fair and mild weather conditions, according to the latest forecast issued by the National Meteorological Service. Sunny skies with some cloudy spells are expected throughout the day, with temperatures reaching a comfortable 79°F (26°C) along the coast and 76°F (24°C) inland.
While light showers or rain may develop mainly offshore and along the central coast this morning, little to no rainfall is anticipated elsewhere. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy, providing a pleasant evening for all.
Marine conditions are also favorable, with light chop and waves reaching 2-4 feet. Winds are expected to be from the northwest at 5-15 knots.
The outlook for Tuesday and Tuesday night is for continued fair and mild conditions with little to no rainfall.
