Chulin is of Mestizo descent and has a clear complexion.
She is described as slim-built and approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall.
Police are appealing to anyone with information on her whereabouts to immediately contact Crime Stoppers at 922, submit a tip through the P3 app, or report to the nearest police station.
