By Breaking Belize News Staff: Steven Barrington Flowers, 29, of Pinks Alley, was remanded to Belize Central Prison after his bail was revoked by Chief Magistrate Jayani Wegodapola. Flowers, who has multiple pending charges, failed to appear in court on time for his trial for allegedly assaulting a woman with a knife. Despite showing up later, his habitual tardiness and excuses led to the Chief Magistrate revoking his bail.
Flowers, who has a history of legal issues, including a recent conviction for assaulting a police officer, will remain in custody until his trial resumes on July 23, 2024.
