By Aaron Humes: A second man has been charged in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Jamir Rudel Cambranes, whose body was found with multiple gunshot wounds along the Burrell Boom/Hattieville Road last week.
Today, Wednesday, April 29, police formally arrested and charged 21-year-old Kameron Kareem Heusner of Belize City with the crime of murder.
Heusner joins Kenrick Lindbergh Robinson, who was previously charged in the case.
Cambranes, a technician of Euphrates Avenue, was killed on April 21. Police say he left his home that night to meet two individuals in a silver Chevy Equinox. He was later found dead in the bushes along the roadside.
The investigation into Cambranes’ murder is ongoing and at least two other suspects are being sought.
