Industrial
– Welder, Mechanic, Electrician, Machinist Operator, Instrument Technician – All require Trade School Certification and 1 year of experience.
– Fitters – Open to candidates with Primary or High School education; no experience required.
Workshop
– Lab Technician – Requires an Associate Degree in Chemistry.
– Lab Samplers, Warehouse Attendant, Fuel Pump Attendant – Require High School education; no experience needed.
– Weighbridge Operator, AG Technician, Electromechanics, Dump Truck Driver, Mechanic, Machine Operator – Varying requirements from High School to Trade School Certification, with some needing 1 year of experience.
Harvest
– Electromechanics, Tractor Operator, Harvester Operator, Harvester Supervisor – Require Trade School or Primary/High School education and 1 year of experience.
– Tally Clerk, Harvester Assistant – Require High School education; no experience needed.
Farms
– Tower Control Operator, Farm Supervisor – Require Associate Degrees (general or in Agriculture) and 1 year of experience.
– Irrigation Attendant, Excavator Operator, Harvester Supervisor – Require High School education; some roles need 1 year of experience.
