By Aaron Humes: San Pedro Town police have arrested and charged a 50-year-old man, Gregory Barrington Parks, in connection with the theft of a golf cart valued at $15,000. The golf cart was reported missing by the man who rented the vehicle from Cholo’s Golf Cart Rentals.
He reported the golf cart missing on Monday, July 28, after parking it in front of his house on Pelican Street.
The stolen golf cart was recovered in the San Mateo Area, but the battery valued at $200 was missing.
Parks has been charged with taking of conveyance and theft.
