By Zoila Palma: Residents of San Ignacio and surrounding communities are being invited to attend a community meeting scheduled for tonight at the basketball court of the Victor Galvez Stadium.
The meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m., is being organized by Cayo North Area Representative Michel Chebat in collaboration with the Belize Police Department.
Discussions will focus on community safety and strengthening partnerships between residents and the police.
Invited guests include Minister of Home Affairs Oscar Mira and Commissioner of Police Richard Rosado.
“This is your opportunity to raise concerns, ask questions, and be part of the conversation on strengthening public safety and restoring peace in our neighborhoods,” Chebat said.
