Mayor Earl Trapp and the town council expressed sympathies to Ralph’s wife Donna, his entire family and friends.
“The San Ignacio and Santa Elena town council recognizes your loss and will keep you in our prayers and thoughts that God give you the strength, comfort during your most difficult time.
May His soul Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory,” Trapp expressed.
