By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On February 7, 2024, members from Cooperativa Los Buenos Amigos Cooperative Society Ltd participated in the first part of Module 2 “Responsible Pesticide Lifecycle Management” training hosted by the Resilient Rural Belize program.
The training included proper transportation and storage of pesticides, benefits and appropriate use of PPE gear.
The training was made possible through the joint collaboration of Resilient Rural Belize programme (RRB) and Pesticide Control Board (PCB).
The training was facilitated by Orticio Tush from PCB and Alberto Chacon from RRB.
