Red, white and blue fill Belize City Civic center for annual children’s rally

By Zoila Palma:  The Belize City Civic Center was filled with red, white, and blue on September 12 as students and teachers gathered for the 2025 Annual Children’s Rally – Belize District, a highlight of the Independence Day countdown.

Deputy Mayor Miller and City Councillors joined the festivities, celebrating the energy and unity of the nation’s youth as Belize prepares to mark its 44th Independence Anniversary.

The Belize City Council extended thanks to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for organizing the event, as well as to the students and teachers whose enthusiasm made the rally a memorable celebration of national pride.
