By Aaron Humes: The High Court is set to rule on a no case submission in the Elmer Nah triple murder trial tomorrow morning, Tuesday.

Nah’s attorney, Doctor Lynden Jones, submitted 328 pages arguing there is insufficient evidence, citing a lack of proper identification.

The Crown, represented by Terrence Williams, relies on evidence including a witness statement from one of the deceased Vivian Ramnarace, a boot found in Nah’s pickup, and a headlight believed to have been used in the crime.

Justice Nigel Pilgrim will decide tomorrow at 9 a.m. whether Nah has a case to answer in the murders of Jon, David and Vivian Ramnarace. Nah remains remanded to Belize Central Prison.
