By Zoila Palma: Last night, the People’s United Party (PUP) launched its manifesto for Plan Belize 2.0 in San Ignacio, unveiling several key initiatives.

Under the new plan, the minimum wage will be increased to $6 per hour, and free healthcare under NHI will soon be available in the Twin Towns.

Additionally, Sacred Heart College will become the next school to offer free education, following the success of similar programs at Belmopan Comprehensive and Mopan Technical High Schools.

These new measures reflect the PUP’s continued commitment to improving the lives of Belizeans through better wages, healthcare, and education.
