By Aaron Humes: The Cabinet has approved an Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy for the Public Service.
The Policy includes the scope of application, definition of sexual harassment in the workplace, a complaints mechanism and internal resolution process, disciplinary action, and other relevant considerations.
A statement from the Cabinet says, “This reflects the Government’s commitment to the implementation of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 2024.”
