This year, Women’s Month is being celebrated under the theme, “Balance the Scales.”
Prime Minister John Briceno is extending best wishes to all Belizean women, “Balance the scales: equal access, equal respect, equal power. Not with favors — but with fairness. The time is now. Happy Women’s Month.”
Throughout March, the Belize Police Department, Government departments and agencies will host activities to celebrate the outstanding women of Belize.
