By Zoila Palma: Prime Minister John Briceño has announced a major Cabinet reshuffle, effective Monday, November 17, 2025 — one of the most significant since his administration took office.
Under the new structure, Henry Charles Usher will now lead the Ministry of Home Affairs and Enterprise, while Kareem Musa moves to head Immigration, Governance, and Labour.
Francis Fonseca will oversee Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Education, Culture, Science, and Technology, joined by Marconi Leal Jr. and Ramon Cervantes as Ministers of State.
Other key changes include Florencio Marin Jr. taking on Public Service and Disaster Risk Management.
