By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Napoles FC’s attacking duo of Khalydia Velasquez and Jayda Brown continue to set the pace in the Premier Women’s League of Belize (PWLB), leading the scoring charts after six rounds of play in the 2025 Opening Season.
Velasquez tops the list with 13 goals, including a brace in Napoles’ recent 2–1 win over Jewel Fury FC. Brown follows closely with 11 goals, giving Napoles the league’s most potent front line.
Sagitun GIRLZ captain Sabrina Eiley surged to third with 10 goals after netting four in her team’s 8–0 rout of Cayo Dreamers FC. Teammate Kenya Perez sits fourth with eight goals, also contributing a brace in the same match.
