Napoles FC remain perched atop the Premier Women’s League of Belize (PWLB) standings after Week 2, maintaining their lead over Corozal Elite FC on goal difference for the second consecutive week. The Belmopan-based side reinforced their dominance with a commanding 8–1 victory over Jaguar Girls FC, bringing their goal tally to 12 in just two matches.
Meanwhile, Sagitun GIRLZ and Cayo Dreamers finally made their season debuts, with contrasting fortunes.
In Independence, Sagitun GIRLZ wasted no time asserting their presence, dismantling Jewel Fury FC 5–0 in a dominant performance that showcased their attacking depth and defensive discipline. The win places Sagitun third on goal difference, with one match played and three points secured.
Cayo Dreamers, however, endured a rough start to their campaign, falling 0–6 to Corozal Elite FC. The northern side rebounded from their opening loss to Napoles with a clinical display, vaulting into second place with a positive goal difference and three points.
