Cayo Dreamers will face Corozal Elite at 4:00 pm at the Norman Broaster Stadium in San Ignacio Also on Saturday, September 20, marking their first appearance in the 2025–2026 Premier Women’s League of Belize Opening Championship.
The Dreamers were sidelined in Week 1 due to unplayable field conditions at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium, leaving them with zero games played and plenty of anticipation. Now, they’ll look to make a strong statement in front of their home crowd.
Corozal Elite arrive with momentum after edging Jaguar Girls 2–1 in their opener. Their attacking duo of Josefin Reyes (16’) and Kaite Jones (48’) delivered clinical finishes, helping Corozal secure three points and second place in the standings. With Reyes and Jones showing early chemistry, Cayo’s defense will need to be sharp from the first whistle.
This matchup pits a fresh Cayo side against a confident Corozal outfit. Expect a tactical battle with midfield control and early-season ambition on full display.
