By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Progresso defeated Bandits 1-0 on Saturday at the People’s Stadium in Orange Walk Town in Week 9 of the Premier League of Belize 2023-24 Closing Season.
Brazilian Aloisio Teixeira scored the only goal of the match in the 18th minute for the Northern side, who are now in the fifth position with 11 points.
Progresso seem to have mended their ways collecting seven of the last nine points.
The Bandits remain in the seven spot with four points.
