Premier League of Belize continues this weekend with 4 games

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Premier League of Belize features four games this coming weekend; two on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Police United (Club Deportivo Benque) will host Verdes on Saturday at 7:30 pm at the Edmund Marshalleck Stadium in Benque Viejo del Carmen.

At the same time, Altitude will take on the Belmopan Bandits at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence.

On Sunday, Port Loyola will face Progresso at the Marion Jones Sporting Complex in Belize City at 4:00.

At the same time, Wagiya will tackle Benque Viejo United at the Carl Ramos Stadium in Dangriga.

While Verdes have clinched the top spot for the playoffs, Port Layola, Altitude, and Benque Viejo United are fighting for positioning in the playoffs, though Progresso still have a long shot at making the playoffs.

The other clubs, namely Police Benque, Wagiya, and Bandits, are out of the playoff picture.
