Police charge, interdict one of their own for domestic violence incident

By Aaron Humes: ACP Hilberto Romero, Regional Commander, Eastern Division, says police officer Arnaldo Ical will be placed on interdiction after being charged with harm and use of threatening words.

“On Saturday, April 13, Rosa Bo reported that she had a domestic dispute with her husband, Arnaldo Ical. They got into a vehicle at some point along the highway, Arnaldo Ical pushed her out of the vehicle after he had punched her in the vehicle.”

Indications by police are that the incident was as a result of Ical’s alleged jealousy after he accused her of talking to other men. He allegedly tried to run her over and threatened that she would be killed.
