By Aaron Humes: Today, Thursday, January 9, police formally arrested and charged 37-year-old Steven Nisaan Flores of Hopkins Village, Stann Creek District, for the crime of murder committed upon George Brown.
Flores is accused of shooting Brown dead following a confrontation in the village on Wednesday. It is alleged that the men were embroiled in a dispute over a jacket belonging to Brown that he lent a young woman in the village.
