By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Playboy’s Degeba Sports Bar & Restaurant in Punta Gorda is asking the public for assistance after a man reportedly broke into the establishment and stole several bottles of top-shelf liquor.
In a social media post shared on Sunday, the business expressed frustration and disappointment, calling the act “disgusting” and urging the public to share the video and help identify the suspect.
According to the owners, the thief took one bottle of Jose Cuervo Gold, one Raspberry Vodka, and one Baileys. Security footage posted online shows a man behind the bar, removing items before leaving the premises.
The management of Playboy’s Degeba Sports Bar said they have an idea of who the individual is and confirmed that they will be pressing charges.
Anyone with information that could assist in identifying the suspect is asked to contact the bar or the nearest police station in Punta Gorda.
