By Zoila Palma: The Imagination Factri will host the debut solo photography exhibit by Belizean photographer Emilio Thomas on Wednesday, May 7 at 10 a.m., located at 91 North Front Street in Belize City.
Titled simply as a photography showcase, the exhibit features 40 new works by Thomas, primarily portraits, captured over the past two years. This marks his first one-person show.
“Photography is more than a craft — it’s a way of listening to the world in silence,” said Thomas. “My work is a love letter to Belize, revealing its subtle power and encouraging others to see it anew.”
The exhibit will remain on display for three weeks and is expected to tour other districts, including Corozal, Orange Walk, Benque, San Ignacio, and Dangriga.
Each piece is available for purchase at $200 BZD.
