By Zoila Palma: During cabinet’s meeting on February 10, 2026, cabinet approved the Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy for the Public Service.
The Policy includes the scope of application, definition of sexual harassment in the workplace, a complaints mechanism and internal resolution process, disciplinary action, and other relevant considerations.
“This reflects the Government’s commitment to the implementation of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 2024,” a statement from the Government noted.
