By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) is set to kick off National U15 Girls Youth Club Championship on Saturday, July 26, with eight standout teams from across the country heading to FFB Stadium in Belmopan for two weekends of exciting competition in the 9v9 format.
The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) said the championship is part of their ongoing commitment to youth development and grassroots football, providing competitive opportunities to regional champions and sub-champions of the opening and closing seasons while spotlighting the next generation of girl athletes.
Tournament Format
- Matches will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 26.
- Two matches will be played simultaneously.
- The finals will be held on Saturday, August 2.
Qualified Teams:
- San Pedro: Island Girlz 1, Island Girlz 2
- Belize District: Alvian Strikers, Royal Fusion
- Cayo District: Westline Girls, Hands & Feet Ministries
- Toledo District: Corazon
- Belmopan: Valley Girls
