Yo Creek advanced with a dramatic 6–5 aggregate win over Corozal champions Sarteneja FC, clinched by Nazim Aldana’s overtime strike. After building a 4–2 first-leg advantage away from home, Yo Creek United stumbled to a 3–1 regulation loss at home, leveling the aggregate score at 5–5 and forcing overtime—where Aldana’s goal saved the day.
Quintas Elite’s route was even more dramatic. Their initial 4–0 first-leg loss to Belize District’s Survivors FC was annulled due to roster infractions by both clubs. With a fresh 0–0 slate, they battled through regulation and overtime to a 2–2 draw, eventually prevailing 8–7 in a sudden-death penalty shootout.
