By Aaron Humes: A Belize City man was shot to death this afternoon on Southside. He has been identified as 20-year-old Rasheed Jamaal Williams, also known as Rasheed Parham, from North Front Street.
According to a police report, Parham was walking on Rosalind Bradley Street in the St Martin de Porres area when two unknown men came out of an abandoned, bushy lot. They began firing at Parham, who sustained gunshot injuries to the body, before fleeing the scene.
Parham was pronounced dead in hospital two hours later. Police investigations continue.
