By Zoila Palma: On November 3, 2025, the MS Queen Elizabeth, operated by the Cunard Line, made its inaugural call to Belize.
To commemorate the occasion, a plaque exchange ceremony was held onboard with Captain Stephen Howarth and representatives from the Belize Tourism Board, the Dept. of Immigration, the Customs and Excise Dept., BAHA, Caribbean Shipping Agencies Ltd., the Fort Street Tourism Village, and the Belize Port Authority.
“We are delighted to welcome the MS Queen Elizabeth to our shores and look forward to many more visits in the future,” the Belize Tourism Board said.
