By Zoila Palma: Belize City residents will have an opportunity to reduce their outstanding property tax arrears during the Anniversary Downtown Super Sale scheduled for Saturday, October 31, along Albert Street.
The initiative will offer a one-day discount of 20% on outstanding property tax arrears at Belize City Hall.
The Belize City Council’s Anniversary Super sale event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., bringing special promotions and activities to participating businesses in downtown Belize City.
City Hall services, including the property tax discount and traffic services through a Traffic One Stop, will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The event will also feature a Halloween costume contest, while shoppers at participating businesses will have an opportunity to enter the anniversary grand raffle.
