By Breaking Belize News Staff: Saturday morning will start with cloudy skies and scattered showers across southern and coastal areas, but conditions are expected to ease by the afternoon, according to the National Meteorological Service.
Forecaster Michelle Augustine reports that tonight will turn cloudy again, with showers and isolated thunderstorms developing late.
Seas are forecast to remain slight to light chop, with light and variable winds. Waves will range between 1 to 4 feet.
Daytime highs will peak at 90°F (32°C) inland, 86°F (30°C) along the coast, and 77°F (25°C) in the hills. Nighttime lows are forecast at 77°F (25°C) along the coast, 73°F (23°C) inland, and 67°F (19°C) in the hills.
Tides today include a low at 8:54 AM and a high at 3:09 PM, with another low at 7:39 PM. Tomorrow’s first high tide is at 2:04 AM. Sunrise was at 5:40 AM and sunset is at 5:56 PM. The moon will set at 11:36 AM and rise again at 10:48 PM.
The tropical weather outlook remains clear, with no cyclone activity expected in the Atlantic basin over the next 48 hours.
