By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): A light, moist, and somewhat unstable airflow continues to influence Belize’s weather conditions today. Skies will remain mostly sunny with periods of cloudiness through the morning and afternoon. Later tonight, conditions are expected to become partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms developing mainly over central and northern areas.
Marine conditions will be moderately choppy as east to northeast winds blow at 5 to 15 knots, producing seas between 3 to 5 feet. Temperatures today are forecast at 86°F along the coast, 88°F inland, and 78°F in the hills, cooling tonight to 76°F, 70°F, and 67°F, respectively.
The tropical weather outlook remains calm, with the North Atlantic Basin expected to stay quiet for several days. No tropical cyclone activity is expected to affect Belize or its coastal waters. Tide levels will range from a morning low at 7:01 a.m. to a midday high at 1:15 p.m., followed by an evening low at 5:45 p.m. Sunrise was at 6:02 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:15 p.m.
