By Zoila Palma: Today, the Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development and Local Government handed over water tanks and supplies to 15 villages across the Cayo, Stann Creek, and Toledo Districts.
They all received essential water system equipment and maintenance supplies from the Ministry.
The donation, valued at around BZ$340,000, includes water tanks, pipes, water meters, plumbing materials, culverts, weed eaters, and a lawnmower to support the maintenance and operation of community water systems.
