By Zoila Palma: On February 26, 2026, Area Representative of Corozal Bay Thea Ramirez joined the Ministry of Health and Mayor Rigo Vellos for the handover of gym equipment at Rolando Alcoser Park in the Hall Layout community.
“We extend our sincere appreciation to the Embassy of Taiwan for this generous donation, which makes initiatives like this possible. We also thank members of the executive and community who came out to clean the park and assist with installing the equipment — a true display of unity and community spirit,” Minister Ramirez said.
“Together, we continue building healthier, stronger communities,” she added.
