By Zoila Palma: On March 30, 2026, Foreign Affairs Minister Francis Fonseca and CEO Amalia Mai held a bilateral meeting with Michael Lund, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Deputy Resident Representative to Belize.
Discussions included preparations for the next country programme document, national human rights institute project and other ongoing initiatives of the UNDP in Belize.
Minister Fonseca and CEO Mai was joined by Ambassador Ayesha Borland, Director of International Affairs and Cindy Novelo, Foreign Service Officer while Lund was joined by Amilin Mendez, Team Lead for UNDP Belize.
