By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has welcomed Dr. Jen Clark, a clinical psychologist and developmental specialist with over 25 years of experience, along with her team from the Coast Club in New York.
In partnership with the Ministry’s Special Education Unit, the team is offering free diagnostic support and guidance for parents.
Their group includes 4 experienced diagnosticians and 5 youth volunteers who have been visiting schools in Belize City, Corozal, Dangriga and San Pedro to engage with students.
By the end of their visit, they will have supported approximately 75 students and families.
“We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to advancing inclusive education in Belize,” the Ministry said.
