By Zoila Palma: On February 13, 2025, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology launched a USpace at the Leo Bradley Library in Belize City.

Visitors can now access this dynamic community hub, equipped with cutting-edge tools assembled by the Ministry to train the next generation of nation-builders in technological proficiency.

Belize City residents of all ages can enjoy Chromebooks, internet access, and a variety of innovative activities, including coding, robotics, graphic designing, and the people’s archive – bridging culture, education, technology, and creativity.

With the opening of the Belize City chapter, MoECST, UNICEF, NICH, and the Belize National Library Service and Information System have expanded the network of seven hubs to all six districts.
