Their talks centered on supporting the Fund’s objectives, particularly in promoting sustainable blue economies, advancing nature-based solutions, and expanding financing for both people and nature.
The partnership aims to enhance ocean management and local governance, with the goal of strengthening Belize’s environmental sustainability and economic resilience.
By working together, the MED and the Belize Fund plan to bolster efforts towards a more sustainable and economically resilient future for the country.
