By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Recently, the Ministry of Public Utilities, Energy, Logistics and E-Governance, through the E-Governance and Digitalization Department and with the support of the UNDP Belize, commenced the initial data gathering stage of the Cataloging of government services project.
The project’s goal is to create a live catalog of all Government services.
The project has seen multiple stakeholder meetings with various government agencies and service owners.
The Ministry says that this comprehensive catalog will streamline access to public services and pave the way for a future e-portal, making it easier for citizens to find the information they need, anytime, anywhere.
