By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise (MAFSE), in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), has launched a two-day training workshop on the new Agri Academy Platform, aimed at boosting digital skills among agricultural extension officers.
Conducted by KYN Consultancy, the workshop focuses on equipping technical staff to effectively use and promote the platform, which is designed to modernize agricultural training and improve service delivery nationwide.
Developed under FAO’s Technical Cooperation Program (TCP/BZE/302), the Agri Academy Platform offers farmers and extension officers access to practical resources, training modules, and expert guidance—particularly benefiting remote and underserved communities.
