Minister of Foreign Affairs participates in meeting of Group of Friends of Belize at Organization of American States

By Zoila Palma:  Minister of Foreign Affairs Francis Fonseca, participated in a meeting of the Group of Friends of Belize at the Organization of American States (OAS), held alongside his Guatemalan counterpart.

The meeting brought together international partners in a show of continued solidarity and support for the ongoing efforts of Belize and Guatemala to promote peace, security, and sustainable development in the region.

During the session, Minister Fonseca expressed Belize’s deep appreciation for the steadfast backing of its partners and reaffirmed the country’s commitment to peaceful dialogue and regional cooperation.

He also commended the crucial work of the OAS Office in the Adjacency Zone.
