Minister Fonseca discussed the friendly relations with Guyana and the importance of forging ties with CARICOM.
In his capacity as Minister of Education, Minister Fonseca also had the opportunity to meet with Belizeans studying in Guyana.
During the meeting, the students, primarily enrolled in Medicine and Law programs, shared their experiences and progress in both their academic and personal lives while studying abroad.
