Minister Michel Chebat and Ministry of Home Affairs to break ground for new Kontiki Police Station

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Ministry of Home Affairs, in partnership with the Belize Natural Energy Charitable Trust and Minister Michel Chebat is inviting all residents to the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Kontiki Police Station.

The event, scheduled for Thursday, December 19, at 10 a.m., will mark the beginning of construction on the new facility, which will be located on Pegasus Street in Kontiki.

Minister Chebat will officially launch the project, aimed at enhancing security and community services in the area.

The new police station is expected to improve law enforcement accessibility and strengthen public safety for the residents of Kontiki.
